Jürgen Windheim

After having completed his master degree as Dipl.-Ing. in electrical engineering at the university of Hanover, he has learned and lived management consulting with Deloitte, one of the big-4 audit and consulting firms of the world. Started as management consultant he has developed competencies in project management and team leadership, has acquired responsibility of business unit leadership and made partner of the global consulting firm.

With Vestas Wind Systems A/S, the world's biggest manufacturer of wind turbines, he took responsibilities in coporate IT line management. Started as Director Business Application in Vestas Central Europe, he has designed, implemented and operated as Director Global Support the 24*7 - follow-the-sun support for 38 factories worldwide in three different time zones and cultures. Finally as Director Service Transition he took the responsibility of Service Introduction Management, Change Management, Release Management and Service Level Management, designed, implemented and operated these services according to ITIL structures.

With Höft & Wessel AG as Director Projects and member of the management team he took the responsibility of the project department.

Since 2014, August 1st with his roots in Hanover, Germany he is offering his professional competencies, knowledge and experiences as freelance management consultant and interim manager to his professional national and international customers.
