20.10.2016: #International Business and #People Retention
Whoever believes that the loyalty of Indian employees to the company is characterized solely by monetary aspects is a great mistake. Indian employees, like their German colleagues, need positive feedback on particular achievements in front of a broader audience. The resulting motivation transformed in personal pride contributes significantly to the company's commitment. In addition, I can say from my own experience that the respect for the family of Indian workers and the involvement of their family in teambuilding activities is the third main pillar of the company's commitment.
Hello Jurgen,
As an Indian, I fully agree with your points. And I am happy to see this type of thinking and initiative.
